How to Reheat & Store Peeps Strawberry Shake

Milkshakes and shakes are delicious no matter the flavor. However, storage can be a problem when you want to keep it fresh for a long time.

Best Way to Store Strawberry Milkshake Leftover

The best way to store your leftover strawberry milkshake is by freezing it. It should be stored in the main part of the freezer; not on the freezer door or near the freezer door either.

This is to ensure the consistency is maintained since fluctuations in temperature can happen especially when the freezer is opened.

To store your strawberry milkshake in the freezer, put the milkshake in an airtight container, or if this is unavailable, you can use a zip-top bag, preferably bigger than your milkshake cup.

Storing it in an airtight container will preserve the taste and freshness of the shake, and will prevent it from getting contaminated.

How Long Will Peeps Strawberry Shake Last in the Fridge?

You can refrigerate your Peeps Strawberry Shake as long as you plan to consume it within a few hours since they can only last for a few hours.

Do not leave your shake at room temperature for more than 2 hours, as this can spoil quickly.

Can I Freeze a Strawberry Smoothie?

Of course, you can freeze your Strawberry smoothie, as this is the best way to store your leftover shake or smoothie. Store it in an airtight container and put it in the freezer.

This should last you for about 72 hours or more.

How to Reheat a Strawberry Milkshake?

You can cold thaw your strawberry milkshake. The easiest way is to move it from the freezer to the fridge.

You can leave it there for about 20 to 30 minutes or until you are satisfied with the consistency of your shake.

Another option is to submerge it (while still in the airtight container) in a bowl of cold water.

If it’s frozen solid, you can sit it in a bowl of hot water for a couple of minutes or run hot water over the outside of the cup.

Strawberry Treat FAQs

How do you make a thick milkshake?

The easiest and best way to make your shake thick is by adding ice cream while blending it.

Why are my milkshakes runny?

There should be a proper ratio of milk and ice cream in your shake. If you add too much milk, your shake will be runny.

Not putting enough milk and you will have to scoop your shake using a spoon.

Strawberry is the most popular milkshake and shakes flavor in the US.

Why are my milkshakes foamy?

The foam in your milkshake is formed by the insoluble fibers found in the skin of vegetables or fruits.

To address this, you can blend your smoothie for 10 to 20 seconds longer at a very low speed.
