Kahiniwalla was established in 2010 by Autism and Marita Miller. They wanted to provide employment for the impoverished families of Bangladesh, by getting their handmade products to those of us here in the US. They joined efforts with Hathay Bunano, Samantha (creator of Pebble) and Morshed whom had the vision of providing work for over five thousand women. Work that was close to their rural homes, where they could work flexible hours, and make a fair wage. So when you buy one of these toys, you are supporting mothers that are working to support their families, in a safe environment, that’s close to home so they don’t have to travel far for work.
Eight legged fun
The Octopus by Pebble is just the cutest! I love this little guy! You can get it as a rattle that baby can not only shake, but can also chew on because it’s nice and soft. It comes in Organic Green, in pink, blue, and even rainbow. They also have a smaller ornament one, key rings, and a large one too! If your baby has a binky, they have a matching pacifier holder too.
