About the Author:

Theresa McKeown and her sisters have created “The ABC’s of Everything, LLC”, a family business focused on publishing several series of children’s books, digital content and educational curriculum. Her books are meant to plant the seeds of education and awareness early in a child’s development.

Company Philosophy

Every child has an innate wisdom that can benefit every living organism on Earth. They are far more adept at understanding nuance and meaning then we usually give them credit for and it’s time to stop placing restrictions on their intellectual and emotional intelligence. The time has come to fully embrace the unlimited potential of our children.

Pages of this book have bright and beautiful illustration.  The colors and cute bee character plus the rhyming words catch a child’s attention. Each page teaches about one letter of the alphabet.  Each letter represents a fruit or vegetable.  What an awesome way to introduce healthy foods.

I had the opportunity to read this book to children ranging from ages 2-10.  It was enjoyable for kids from all age groups.  Even some adults learned a few new things!  My favorite discovery is that there is an entire section of their website dedicated to healthy recipes!  You will love reading this book, then getting online and searching through the recipes.  Their recipe collection includes: Main Dishes, Side Dishes, Salads, Snacks and Desserts.

This is a must have book for all families that are looking for ways to better their food knowledge.  While getting children involved in healthly habits at a young age.
