  • vanilla cake mix 
  • a few large eggs 
  • canola oil 
  • Halloween sprinkles 
  • vanilla frosting 
  • unsalted sweet cream butter 
  • powdered sugar 
  • vanilla extract 
  • heavy whipping cream 
  • Neon Green Gel Food Coloring 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Using a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until combined and smooth.

Mix in the Halloween sprinkles. Using a medium ice cream scooper, scoop out dough onto the cookie sheets.

Beat in about 3-4 drops of the neon green gel food coloring.

Scoop the frosting into the piping bag.

Match up the cookies to their size mate.

Pipe a ring of frosting onto the bottom cookie.
