New Series – Build A…
This series is amazing. When my grandkids come over we love to do activities together. And even though we are having fun I really like when they can learn something also. And this series is perfect to make amazing memories while they learn.
Build a… Butterfly
Butterflies are a huge part of our lives and home decor. My daughter’s name actually means butterfly, so we have them all over. And with this book we can ” build ” a butterfly. As we are building the butterfly we get to learn they work inside.
Starting with their wings. And just how delicate and important they are to the butterflies. And then we learn how they find food, where they live and just how far they can travel. We have had so much fun with this book and have discovered some very interesting information about the butterflies. Me and my granddaughter really enjoyed this book and building our butterfly.

Build a… T-rex
Now onto T-rex! My grandsons had so much fun building him. And they really surprised me with what they already knew about dinosaurs. They told me a lot of things I did not know.
But then my youngest grandson said the T-rex had legs like me! Out of the mouth of babes, I reackon! But we moved on passed that observation and found out that he was the most ferocious of all dinosaurs.
We were about to learn more about their body, the animals they ate and their extinction. Which lead us to the discussion of what would we do if dinosaurs still existed. Would they be friendly? Could they be our pets or would they try to eat us. I highly recommend this series to kids, they help to encourage their imagination. And help them learn.
