Instant Pot Turkey Recipe

Every Thanksgiving, my oven is spoken for — so the Instant Pot is how I get a second turkey on the table without the stress. This Instant Pot turkey cooks at just 6 minutes per pound (an 8-pound turkey is done in 48 minutes), comes out juicy, and frees your oven up for all the sides. It's also my favorite way to use that second turkey you grabbed on sale. Let it rest, broil it 2-3 minutes if you want that golden skin, and dinner is handled.
