Are You Looking For A Last Minute Educational Toy For Kids? The Itty Bitty Buggy Is It!
Educational toys keep kids busy so much longer than other toys. I’m always on the lookout for them when buying for my granddaughters. Since learning about STEM educational toys, I’ve wanted to get my hands on them. I recently found the Itty Bitty Buggy set, which is a little robot kit that teaches kids how to code (among other things) while having a blast! This little buggy can be built into so many other things and it works great. I know my son and I had a ton of fun playing with it and I know my granddaughter will love it too.
The Itty Bitty Buggy is for ages 8 and up, however, my granddaughter is only 6. With my supervision and help, she should be able to build the robot and have fun. Sometimes when I receive these kinds of building toys the instructions aren’t very helpful. This was not the case with this set! The instruction manual was very well put together and we didn’t have any problems reading and following them. I love that they give you everything you need, so no other tools or anything extra will be needed. It even comes with a small mat that it drives on. That’s not all though, it also has a small keyboard that makes music as your robot drives over it! I’m in awe with this little thing because it drives over paper but it can follow the track and knows the keyboard buttons.
The little buggy can also be built into 5 different interesting creatures: a sloth, dodo bird, ladybug, alien, and of course, the buggy. The alien is very impressive! After downloading an app onto your phone, you can control the alien (or buggy or whatever you build). We made the alien wave at us, he is so darn cute. Kids will have no problem following the instructions to build these many forms, and the app is also very easy to use. It’s all user-friendly and so much fun!
