You can easily find all of these ingredients at your local grocery store. All you need is:
- fresh strawberries
- white chocolate
- milk chocolate chips
- some vegetable oil or coconut oil
QUICK CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by rinsing the strawberries in a colander or strainer.
Lay the clean strawberries out on paper towels and pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel before dipping them into chocolate.
Add milk chocolate to a glass measuring cup or microwave-safe bowl Microwave for 60 seconds.
Using a spoon, stir or poke the chocolate to see if it has started to melt.
Return to the microwave and melt in 30-sec increments, stirring after each time.
Add some vegetable oil or coconut oil, to help thin out the chocolate just a little.
Once your chocolate flows off the spoon, you are ready to dip.
Take a strawberry by the stem and gently dip it into the chocolate.
Place the strawberry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
