Oniri Islands Where The Figures Are The Controllers

“Oniri Islands is a colorful artsy co-op narrative adventure game, delivering a new kind of augmented digital gameplay triggering social interaction for the entire family.”

If your kids or grandkids are like mine they love video games. And I love so much about this game. Made for game lovers and kids that love adventure! Recommended for ages 6 years old and up. But I have played with my 4 and 5-year-old grandsons. I just sit with them and help them. And they are so smart they have figured it and don’t need me. But I enjoy spending time with them and making memories. So, I hang out with them anyway.

Oniri Islands

This game is an original story inspired by the Lost Boys from Peter Pan. While the twins Mia and Tim are being led by a mysterious chant onto Oniri. Which is a magic river that will connect universes. Mia and Tim are lost on this mysterious island and they are searching for their shadows. Sounds familiar doesn’t it? Because they lost their shadows when they got stranded on this island. And without their shadows they can’t leave the island.

Mina and Tim ( Twins )

They meet two animals – Shark and Falcon – who give them a mask before they disappear back into the river. But the masks granted them one animal shadow AND magical powers. They were able to swim like a shark and fly like the falcon. So they start looking for animal masks so they can receive more magic. My grandsons LOVED this part. They run around the room showing me their “magic”. I love playing this with them. There faces were priceless when we set the figurines onto their table and they popped up and came to life! Move the figures ON the tablet and they move IN the game.

I am very fortunate and have some of the original prototypes. And if you buy the tablet game you will receive 5 animal masks that your toys can wear, Mia and Tim figures and the link to download your very own version of the game. Me and my grandkids love this game and know that you will love it also! Leave us a comment and let us know how much fun you had exploring and what masks you found.
