CAN I USE A DIFFERENT KIND OF APPLE INSTEAD OF HONEY CRISP?

Yes, you can use any kind of apple you want in this recipe. Be mindful that it will slightly change the flavor and texture of the chutney.

Some apples stay crisp better after cooking.
