You can use pumpkin pie flavored rum instead of pumpkin pie flavored vodka.
If you see another type of pumpkin pie flavored alcohol you can use that instead.

Yes, you can use plain vodka instead of pumpkin pie-flavored vodka.
If you use plain vodka I suggest you add some pumpkin pie flavor by adding some maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice to the drink.
If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice add a pinch of cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg.
CAN I USE ANY GLASS TO MAKE THIS COCKTAIL?
You can use any glass to make this cocktail but if you want it to look like the spooky goblet from Hocus Pocus I suggest using a large glass with a stem.
The kind of glass you use for a pina colada. You could even use a wine glass or a martini glass.
