How To Make Grinch Jello Shots

Step 1: Gelatin Mixture

First off, add 4 oz. of gelatin powder to 8 oz. of hot water. Let the gelatin thoroughly dissolve and then set aside. Leave it to cool.

Next, add 2 drops of lime green gel food coloring.

You may now add the vodka, in this recipe, I used 4 oz. Absolut Lime and added 4 oz. of Triple Sec in the gelatin mixture and stir it all thoroughly.

Step 2: Fill It In

The next step would be filling all the shot glasses in about half of the glass and allowing it to cool to room temperature first.

Then, you may place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours to chill and until it set firm.

Step 3: Garnish and Enjoy

Once the shots are now chilled and firm, it is now time to serve them.

Before serving garnish it with whipped cream and for an extra flair of presentation, I decided to add and sprinkle it with red candy hearts as well.
