Gaining weight is a natural part of pregnancy. However, that added weight puts pressure on your feet, ankles, and knees. This can then spiral into knee, back and foot pain. That’s where MommySteps™ comes in.
MommySteps™ Insoles for Mommies
These specially designed insoles will properly adjust to your changing feet throughout your pregnancy. A properly supported foot is essential through each trimester of your pregnancy. MommySteps™ unique molding technology will evolve as your foot profile changes during pregnancy.
As your feet change during pregnancy, your MommySteps™ can change too! They can easily be re-molded up to THREE times to adapt to your changing feet. That’s once per trimester.
Athletic/Active and Casual/Flats
MommySteps™ has insoles for all of your footwear. If you need them to support your feet during work, then choose their Casual/Flats insoles. They provide maximum comfort and pain relief when wearing your flats, or other work shoes.
Looking to stay in shape during pregnancy or maybe you’re just more of a sneaker mama? Then you’ll want MommySteps™ Athletic/Active insoles. These are perfect for in your sneaks, boots, or any higher shoe.
What do I think?
Okay, so I’m not pregnant. I LOOK like I am, but I’m not. Due to many health reasons, I have actually gained BACK my prego weight. It stinks, but I’m working on it as much as my body will allow. However, because of that added weight, my feet do hurt. The more I’m on them, then it radiates to my knees, ankles and lower back. For that reason, I wanted to try out MommySteps™.
I love them! I put a pair of their Casual insoles in my Chuck Taylors since they’re a lower profile shoe. They’re fantastic! They turn a flat-footed sneaker into actually having an arch, and support. They make my all time favorite shoe so much more comfy. In fact, they’re all I’ve been wearing as of late, which is great because before the MommySteps™ insole, I could only wear them occasionally because of the lack of support.
I put a pair of their Active insoles in my Skecher’s walking sneakers. I have the ones with the memory foam inside, and the really cushiony outer sole. They are so comfy and offer amazing shock resistant. However, they really don’t support my arches. They do now that I put the MommySteps™ insoles in them. My ankles and knees don’t ache when I walk the track daily.
