Let me tell you a little about myself, I love to brush my teeth! As soon as I received Essential Oxygen, I couldn’t wait to get started with my first use. I was slightly confused though, this isn’t a paste like I’ve always used before. No need to be alarmed, there are instructions on the bottle:
- Shake bottle.
- Squirt about 1/3 oz in your mouth.
- Swish for 30 seconds.
- Tilt your head back and start brushing with Rinse still in your mouth.
- Brush for about a minute and spit out the foam.
- Rinse with water to stop the foaming.
- Smile!
Expert Tip: First thing upon rising, before swallowing saliva, swish and brush teeth and tongue with rinse to remove morning mouth bacteria.
