  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal

Step 1.  Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2.  In a large pot on medium heat, melt the butter.

Add marshmallows and stir frequently until they have fully melted.

Step 3.  Pour in crispy rice cereal and gently stir until fully incorporated.

Step 4.  Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Then, using a spatula, press the rice Krispie mixture into an even layer. Allow the rice Krispie treat to cool completely.

Step 6.  Melt white candy melts according to package directions. Divide into different bowls then add food coloring. Add 1-2 drops of food coloring and stir. If chocolate seizes up, add a drop or two of avocado oil and stir, adding additional drops of oil until the desired consistency is achieved.
