When I first received the book, I was OH OH what did I get myself into! And even though I said I was ready I wasn’t in the right mind frame, so it took me a couple of weeks to start. I knew I needed to do this for myself and the commitment had to be there! So I came across this picture in the book that said it…STOP PLANNING START DOING IT, so I did!
So I had my daughter take pictures of me and oh my that was a bit of a shock for me. Now I take selfies all the time but whole body pics, ugh those were hard to look at, and now I’m going to share with you!

I can workout anywhere I want and anytime- no class time here! The book is super easy to follow and walks you through the whole process. Even in the back of the book has an explanation of the exercises which I needed badly! Now the first two weeks I used the book every time I worked out to make sure I was doing it correctly. This third week I’m on my own and doing awesome. The best part about this program is it takes under 24 minute.
I started with the 4-week pre-training program which I recommend to anyone who hasn’t worked out in a while; It helps build up your momentum. The first week, was WOW, kicked my butt and yes if I’m honest I was having second thoughts but I remembered my commitment and kept going. I’m so happy I did! Working out has helped me in so many ways more than the inches or the weight I lost but my self-confidence too! I know I still have ways to go but I’m doing it and that is what counts.
23 minutes exercise 3 times a week that fit a daily life routine and has proven to be quite effective!
The BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness method is a unique blend of different exercises. Bodyweight resistance, plyometrics-jumping, cardio, unilateral exercises are all combined in each training circuit. Plus on certain days I do yoga, and I now walk every night with my husband. Every day is a different workout so loving that! I’m trying to do some workout at least five days a week because it makes me feel good. Having more energy every day is fantastic, and I haven’t felt this good in YEARS!
After 3 Weeks:
I used not wear a long sweater with legging because it would always show my gut but that is the one part of my body that I see the most significant difference in! My arms and that flabby skin need to go! Now that I’m ending the Pre-Training workout then I’m onto the main 12-week Fitness program, and I’m excited. I’m hoping by my birthday in December I will be down 20lbs. I’ve lost 5lbs so far, but I’m down inches in my waist, legs, and butt. So I’m sticking to this program, and I have no more excuses!
