My Thoughts on Always Eat After 7 PM

Hey everyone, I hope you have been following along on my journey and I am here to give you an update and let you know my thoughts on Always Eat After 7 PM by Joel Marion.

It has been a long month for so many reasons, but I am pleased to that following this plan for the past month has helped me in so many ways.

Not only have I lost weight, but I also have more energy and can keep up with my son.

This is definitely a lifestyle change for me, but, being able to eat the foods I love and eating after 7 PM has helped me reach my goal but it will also help me maintain it.

When I say I am eating after 7 PM, I am not eating items I shouldn’t be eating, I am eating foods that I can and feeling so much better doing it.

The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning.
