My Goal Update and My Love For Always Eat After 7 PM

I wanted to give you an update on the goal I set in my first post. Since I started following Always Eat After 7 PM by Joel Marion, I have found that I can focus more.

Like I said in my second post, it is not always easy to follow goals and diets, but this time I really wanted to stick to this.

The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good 

I started out slowly, I didn’t want to jump all in, I was honestly afraid I would go to fast and quit!

I love the breakdown of proteins and fats and the super carbs.

It made the following easier.

I changed my eating times and it’s kind of like I am fasting but in a healthier way.

I love after the 14 day acceleration phase I was able to incorporate a cheat day.

It gives you something to look forward to, so not completely shutting out all those “bad” foods.

I love it when he wrote “Having carbs in the evening is also a great weight loss strategy.

When you’re active, your body burns mainly carbohydrates and muscle glycogen for energy.

By eating carbs at night, you allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.”

Always Eat After 7 PM

I no longer go to sleep hungry.

The food lists are so easy to follow and the easy to follow recipes are a huge hit in my family.

I am a huge meal planner and having that in this book, has helped me so much when it comes to preparing meals for my family.

I am finding that I have more energy and I am really starting to feel better overall.

I can walk 2 miles 5 times a week, and no longer getting tired halfway through.

I am consuming more water since I read that, “Water helps digest your food, expel wastes, regulate your temperature, protect your tissues, cushion your joints, and protect your spinal column, among many other vital functions. It is through water that hormones flow to the proper organs, that nutrients reach all cells, and that toxins are diluted and removed from the body.”

That’s all I have been drinking and adding in lemon and different fruits to help me along.
