Ling Ling Fried Rice Delivers On Taste- Even My Kids LOVE IT!

This post was sponsored by Ling Ling, and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Trying to please everyone in my house is HARD and especially when it comes to food.  My kids are teens and always has an opinion on what I cook for them these days. So lately I’ve been trying to figure out new things to cook that they will like and not give me a hard time.  It is summertime, so we are also swamped, I don’t have the time to cook, but the family still needs to eat.  Go figure!

Recently I was introduced to Ling Ling Fried Rice, so I decided to give it a shot.  When I went to my local Safeway, I picked up a couple of boxes for the kids to try.   The first selling point is the price is perfect for this family on a budget.  Each box comes with two packets so if I don’t need to cook all of it if I don’t need to.  Even though, I’m pretty sure if there were leftovers it would be gone within hours.

The new Ling Ling Fried Rice line with five unique dishes based on classic and authentic Asian inspired recipes from Japan, China, Korea, and Thailand:

  • Yakitori Chicken
  • Yakiniku Beef
  • Thai-Style Chicken
  • Chinese-Style Vegetable
  • Bibimbap Beef

With the first time trying Ling Ling Fried Rice, I decided to microwave the Yakitori Chicken first because that will determine if the dish is as good as it says it is!  However, I’m pretty sure whatever way you cook it, the fried rice will be amazing.  All the flavors were on point and so fresh even though it is a frozen meal. Next week I’m making the Bibimbap Beef with a Crispy Kale Salad.

The Ling Ling Fried Rice delivers such a flavor burst and exceptional taste because it uses the Infusion Cooking Method.  Which means each grain of rice is infused with Ling Ling signature sauces for incredible flavor in every bite. It tastes better than the fried rice we get our local restaurant.  Even the kids said they would rather have this then go out, so I’m all for that because that would save me a lot of money.  As a mom, I also like there is no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

I gave each kid a bowl of Ling Ling Fried Rice for lunch the other day and guess what..they ate it all and asked if I had more!  You see the grilled chicken, right.  Perfect one meal dish for lunch. My husband took a bowl to work and came home and told me I need to get more.  So I get it…MY FAMILY LIKES LING LING FRIED RICE!

All of my kids love rice. I don't think my youngest has ever tried fried rice, I think I'll give it a try and see if he likes it.

Wow. Fried rice now made quick and easy to enjoy. I will have to look for that Ling Ling in our local store. I need those for busy weeknights. I know my family will enjoy this as much as the ones we buy from our favorite Chinese restaurant.
