Kick Your Sugar Cravings to the Curb with JoJo’s Chocolate

Chocolate (and coffee) is my weakness. If you ask my son, he’ll tell you “she needs chocolate to survive!” So I had to check out all the buzz surrounding JoJo’s Chocolate. If you love chocolate but want to kick your sugar cravings to the curb, read on, you won’t be disappointed.

Kick Your Sugar Cravings

In reality, chocolate is good for you. What isn’t good for you is all the other things in it. The antioxidants in chocolate are a great way to lower your cholesterol. As a matter of fact, the higher cocoa content, the better it is for you. When you eat JoJo’s Chocolate you’re getting only a few ingredients, but they are ones that are great for your body.

Her chocolate bark includes cacao, raw almonds, dried cranberries, raw pistachios, and casein protein. So what’s so great about these five ingredients? Well, cacao has been show to improve your memory, reaction time, attention span and more. (See, I told you chocolate could be good for you!) Cacao also has more antioxidants, as do the cranberries and almonds. Many studies have been done and find a link between nut consumption and cancer prevention. The casein protein helps you to digest your JoJo’s Chocolate bark more slowly, therefore reaping all the benefits from the ingredients.

What we think

My sister and I both love JoJo’s Chocolate bark. My favorite part is of course the chocolate, but I love the dried cranberries too. I think the almonds are a nice touch as well. My sister loves that she can eat this treat and not feel guilty about it. My father in law has diabetes, so I introduced him to JoJo’s Chocolate Bark, and he loves it as well!
