Due to my busy, on-the-go lifestyle, sometimes it’s hard to sit down and eat a proper meal. Even at work, it’s hard to switch into lunchtime and get off the computer. I’m granted one hour for lunch, but how many of us ever take that one hour to eat a well-rounded and healthy meal?
Sometimes, it really is near impossible to take lunch at all. Sometimes, I drink smoothies or shakes as a result of this to keep the hunger pangs away until I have time to eat something substantial.
Convenient and Light
There’s a place for smoothies nearby, but they can be loaded with sugar and carbs.
