Doug’s Nuts Are so Tasty!
You have to love a company with a great sense of humor, and I love this one! Not only do I love them for that, but also for how tasty Doug’s Nuts are. They are so amazing! If you want a quick snack or something to take with you as you’re leaving the house, this is what you want. Doug’s Nuts come in a variety of flavors. There is the Original Blend, Coconut Beach Crunch (my favorite!), and Habanero Honey. They are all very tasty and delicious, but the Coconut Beach Crunch was unbelievable.
The Coconut Beach Crunch comes with little paper-thin flakes of toasted coconut, yummy salted almonds, and the best dark chocolate chips. Am I making your mouth water? Describing it is one thing, but tasting it is something else! I ate the whole bag within one day.
The two other flavors are awesome too. The Original Blend has a ton of different nuts lightly sweetened with hints of vanilla and maple. The Habanero Honey has almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Then they take those wonderful nuts and add in a smoky hot and spicy sweet flavor. YUM! No kidding, I was blown away by how flavorful they all tasted. Each bag contains 4 oz. (113g) of yummy snacks, which is the perfect size to take on the go!
The company has “Crazy Good Nuts” on each package, and that is so true. I know the next time I am invited to any kind of social gatherings, I will be bringing my new favorite snack. I’m sure everyone will love Doug’s Nuts as much as I do, and if they don’t, I get to take them back home with me!
Just for the heck of it, I looked up the nutrition facts on a Starbuck’s coffee and Doug’s Nuts. Let’s just say, it is so much better for you if you choose the nuts! I usually drink a Venti, white chocolate mocha coffee with whipped cream. That alone is 530 calories. Yikes! For one serving (1 oz.) of Doug’s Nuts, it is only 150 calories. Now, I know that calories are not the only thing you need to worry about, but that was eye-opening for me. Instead of grabbing a coffee, I will be “grabbing” Doug’s Nuts!
