I am always on the lookout for healthy snacks I can take with me. However, many of those snacks are not very healthy. Pistachio & Blueberry Cranberry Chewy Bites (by Setton Farms) are the perfect snack! Not only are they good for you, but they taste amazing and satisfy my hunger! They are little bars, but they do fill you up. I have found my new on-the-go-snack.
These little chewy bites are filled with heart-healthy pistachio’s, antioxidant-rich cranberries, coconut, and a little touch of maple brown & rice syrup. I have to be honest with you, when I first took it out of the package and looked at it, I wasn’t sure that it would taste good. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised.
Your children will think they simply taste amazing, but we know the secret. It is completely healthy for them. As a matter of fact, they are filled with protein, potassium, and fiber. Just what they need to keep them going on a busy day, or what we need to keep up with them.
They come packaged separately in a bag of six, and they will easily fit into a child’s lunchbox/bag. Be watchful though parents, the other children will want to trade with them when they see how yummy these are. You can actually see that the pistachios are bursting out of the sides. Pistachio Chewy Bites are the perfect snack because they are sweet, but not too sweet. There is a nice balance between the sweetness and the salt, and it has a great crunch. I’m so glad that I found these!

If you are like me and getting older, you need that extra fiber. There are zero trans fat and no cholesterol. I almost forgot to mention that they are vegan and Kosher.
