Tips for Eating Healthy When You Can’t Eat Bread

One of the hardest things I have ever did was change my diet around. Going from eating fast food and little chocolate cakes to keeping track of what I eat and how much of it. Basically, I gave up anything that’s white. So, that means no white flour, bread, or rice. It’s a new adventure, but I’m not afraid to try new things. Here is how to eat healthy when you can’t eat bread (or anything white).

Enjoy it without a bun

One thing I have learned to enjoy overtime is no bun. I can still go out to eat and enjoy a hamburger, I just get the bun taken off. Crazy, right? But still so delicious!

Fruits and veggies

I don’t know why fruits and veggies feel like the plague, but they are so delicious. By adding more fruits and veggies to my diet, I have been able to eat healthier. When cooked right, veggies can be a great addition to any healthy lifestyle. I have never had a problem consuming fruits though, that one was easy for me.

Do the best you can

I can tell you that most people fail from time to time. You just have to learn to pick yourself back up. If you dwell on how bad you ate, you will only keep making poor choices.

Find foods you love

Instead of depriving myself, I find alternatives for foods that I love. For example. I love pizza. I was able to find this amazing pizza known as  CAULIPOWER. This is some amazing pizza! It makes me happy to enjoy pizza with my family again.
