Tasty Treats Made From Dates

Tasty Treats Made From Dates

The first time I heard about this company and their “date” treats, I thought, that is not for me!  I do not like dates, so no thank you.  However, the more I read about them and the more I looked at the tantalizing pictures, I decided to give them a chance.  Boy oh boy, am I glad I did!  YUM!  Chocodate has some of the tastiest treats I’ve tasted.  Please give them a chance because I don’t think you will regret it.

Let’s talk about one of the perfect finger foods (treats) for parties!  They all come individually wrapped and they are delicious.  Close your eyes and picture this…a crunchy, perfect almond inside of a yummy date, then covered in chocolate.  Are you salivating yet?  These little gluten-free, GMO-free treats are great for an on-the-go snack.  Take them with you for the kids in the car, on the way to dance class, coming home from soccer, etc.

Chocodate has a variety of flavors.  They come in Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Coconut (my favorite!), and a variety pack that includes White Chocolate.  Let me just explain how amazingly delicious the coconut ones are.  If you don’t like the texture of coconut pieces (which is how I am), but you like the flavor, I think you will like these.  The coconut is almost like a powder and sprinkled on top of the Chocodate.  You don’t have to chew the coconut, you just get the yummy flavor!  I was so excited to be able to eat coconut without gagging…haha.

So I received two bags of Chocodates, each consisting of 3.53 ounces.  Like I said earlier, they were all individually wrapped, and guess who ate all of them?  Yep, I did!  I didn’t eat them in one day or anything, but I’m kind of embarrassed to say I did it.  However, in my defense, that is how delectable these darn Chocodates are!  I am very surprised that I ate so many pieces of something that I thought I would hate.  This is why we all need to try things to see if we like them.

Although, I do have to say I’m glad nobody else in my family wanted to try them.  More for me!  I just need to get me some more now.  If you have decided you would like to get your own, you can click on the link below, or they are available at Walmart and Publix stores nationwide.  The prices range between $7 to $10 per bag.
