Shed a Spooky Light on Halloween with Feit Electric

I received this product to facilitate my post. All opinions are my own!

Lighting is a super important detail that many forget when decorating for Halloween. If you’re going to spend a ton of time making your home spooky, you can’t forget to shed some light on it. That’s where Feit Electric comes in.

Shed a Spooky Light on Halloween

Whether you’re looking to change the color of a room with a lamp bulbs, or you want some really neat (and energy-efficient) string lights, then Feit Electric has you covered!

Make it more festive with color

A great way to add fun and decor to any room is to add a colored bulb to your lamp(s.) You can really set the mood for your party this way. I love Feit Electric’s Color Glass Filament bulbs. The bulbs are actually clear glass, but the filament inside is what’s colored. They look amazing whether on or off. If you go blue for Autism Awareness month, pink for Breast Cancer, or if you want to go green to greenlight a vet, Feit has you covered.

These bulbs come in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and pink. They look like an old-fashioned bulb and are so neat. Liam has an orange one in his ceiling fan-light, and he loves it. These bulbs are both indoor and outdoor, and last about 20,000 hours (approximately eighteen years!)

Old is cool again!

Okay, so old-fashioned bulbs were really cool looking. However, they weren’t that safe of energy-efficient. Feit stepped up and created bulbs with the best of both worlds. They look old, but they’re LED. Inside the bulbs are twisted and curved filaments with either a knot, loop, or swirl. The exposed curve is wrapped in either clear or amber glass for the ultimate effect. I have one in my bedside lamp for reading. I love the look of my Glass Curved Filament bulb.

Want a Dimming Bulb without Installing New Switches?

I have always wanted dimmer bulbs for my living room, but didn’t want to mess with having new switches installed. Feit Electric’s Intellibulbs  do just that. You don’t need new hardware or apps to control it. Simply screw the bulb into your fixtures, and you can control the dim with your existing switch.

It’s easy. Turn it on, and to dim, flip switch again, it will dim 50%, flip again to dim to 10%, and again to turn it off. These bulbs work great, and we love them. I’ll never use another bulb in our living room ceiling lights again.
