Sexual Encounters With Strangers

An emotional connection is an excellent starting point for people who want something more than just friendship; at least, that’s what we’ve always been told.

However, recently it has been observed that sexual attraction also enables people to establish emotional bonds which can enrich the interaction between two people getting to know each other, something underpinned by science.

Sexual Encounters With Strangers

Several scientific studies have focused on analysing sex as a fundamental element of a solid emotional connection, showing that desire drives humans to do things that create meaningful emotional bonds.

Sexual attraction or desire occurs when someone is attractive to someone else, regardless of whether they know each other or not.

In certain societies, casual encounters are common, such as in the US where one-night stands are quite normal.

This type of encounter can take place between strangers who meet in places or at events and find themselves swept up by the situation.

Europe is also open to this new type of relationship, and it’s normal for locals and visitors to seek out private encounters with escorts in Malta, Italy and Greece.

It is a way to enjoy intimate relations without the responsibilities that come with being in a relationship, which means exclusivity and discretion are always a part of these types of encounters.

Sex with strangers does not necessarily have to arise from a chance meeting; it could be used as a way to activate communication, using the pleasure derived from that degree of sexual connection.

Apps for meeting people have contributed to this via practices such as sexting: an activity that even more established partners can share to keep the attraction alive when not physically with each other.

This shows that sex can be a fundamental factor that not only helps create relationships but also to maintain them.

All these statements are closely related to the studies carried out by Zhana Vrangalova and Anthony D. Ong in 2014, which disproved that casual sex has any kind of negative impact on people, and shown that, on the contrary, it allowed people to achieve wellbeing in their everyday lives, even minimising some psychological problems related to self-esteem and personal satisfaction.

Among the younger generation, sex with strangers has become a common practice, which means it opens the door for more solid relationships in the future.

Science is questioning, and breaking, stereotypes which have for years been considered “normal” between two people, as it has shown that sexual desire can be an excellent inducer to an intimate relationship.

Society must understand this premise in order to fully enjoy every new experience that comes our way.
