I feel this is a great book for parents. Sometime we go by what everyone else thinks. We try to have the perfect child(ren). That is not possible. None of us are perfect. It is important to let our child learn and grow at their pace. Some of what they learn can be taught from us, but they can learn from others as well. Others can include family, friends, teachers, and yes, even the television. Some parents do not allow their children to watch television and some do. As a parent, you have to choose which works for you and your family. As Angela writes in her book, it is OK for preschoolers to watch TV, she states yes, as long as it is interactive, educational, and “not too much.”
