Now You Can Do Yoga Anyplace

There are some days when, you have not one minute for yourself, and your stress levels are through the roof. That’s me almost every day, but I have found this great book. Yogaminute, this book is excellent and teaches you Yoga, and it can be done anytime and anyplace.

Got a minute? You can do yoga! Now even the busiest person can learn how to do yoga anywhere and anytime. Learn to relax, de-stress, and re-focus whether you are at work, with the kids, or dealing with stressful situations. This easy to follow guide is for you!

At sixty-seven pages, this letter-size thin paperback book is targeted toward those who want to learn, understand, and practice yoga daily in a very short period. After acknowledgments and an introduction, there are eleven chapters along with an index and author and photographer’s biographies. Photographer Allison Smith’s clear and expressive pictures are on almost every page depicting various yoga poses. And for me never having done Yoga before this is so easy and relaxing.

The shoulder and neck ones are perfect for when I’m sitting at my desk and need a quick minute away from the computer. The relaxation poses like legs up the wall, and the belly twist is great as I’m getting ready for bed. It’s so easy to incorporate a minute here and there throughout the day.

This has helped me to relax all through the day and night, and they are so simple I can do them at the desk when my stress level is high, I love the neck and shoulder ones
