Soft Baked Biscotti

This recipe actually came from Grandmom Ann. She passed her recipe down to her granddaughter, and now she uses it to create these delectable treats. I never thought Biscotti could be soft, but I’m telling you, it really is! These treats are so darn tasty, we can’t get enough of them! They go perfectly with coffee, tea, and even hot cocoa. Ohhh, or mulled cider!

With so many flavors to choose from, you’re going to find something for all of your loved ones. The Original Soft Baked Biscotti happens to be Grandmom Ann’s secret recipe. Inside each one are dark chocolate covered raisins, toasted California walnuts, and semi-sweet Guittard Chocolate Chips with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar on top. They are so tasty!

Other Soft Baked Biscotti Flavors

You can also choose from one of Marlos Bake Shop other flavors. My husband’s favorite happens to be their Brown Sugar Coffee Cake Biscotti. My sister and I devoured some of their Chocolate Chip Brownie flavor yesterday. They also have limited edition Chocolate Pumpkin Pie, and their Gluten Free version is Banana Bread. YUMMY!

Some Like it Hot

My brother is no exception. Growing up in Cali, he has an affinity for spicy dishes thanks to the area’s Hispanic culture. This year I grabbed him a box of Marlos Bake Shop Sweet Heat Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re so chocolatey and just gently spiced. He’s going to be in love after his first bite.
