I used to have a co-worker who had this disease. Gluten-fee lifestyle isnt just a food trend this is very serious for people with this disease.

I am really happy that there are more and more food choices for people with celiac disease. Those waffles look delicious! I love mine with cream cheese and blueberries. Yum.

My neighbor has celiac disease and it's very painful if you aren't following the right diet. I'm glad to see that so many tasty gluten free options have come to the market over the past few years. It makes is so much easier for those who suffer to find products that won't cause their body pain.
