Are you one who likes to make things in the kitchen from scratch? In the past, I have made homemade soap as Christmas gifts for family and friends. It was super easy, fast, and very economical. I also do love making things from scratch because then I know what went into the final product. When I make homemade soap, I make it from an organic goat milk soap base and essential oils. That’s it! So, when I was sent the MagicalButter machine, I was excited to see I could make my own concoctions of skin care items (and a lot more).
What Is The MagicalButter Machine?
According to their website, the MagicalButter machine (the MB2e) is the “world’s first countertop Botanical Extractor™, designed for creating fantastic recipes, infusing the essence of healthy herbs into butter, oil, grain alcohol, lotions, and more!” After reading that, I still didn’t quite understand what it did as a machine. Here is another explanation from their site: “The MagicalButter machine combines an immersion blender with a digital thermostat and heating unit. The MB grinds, heats, stirs, and steeps your herbal extract, all at the correct time intervals and temperature. So, you achieve your desired infusion easily, safely, and consistently.” That’s a lot to comprehend. Basically, you can extract nutrients and flavors from herbs and/or botanicals and infuse them into butters or oils with the help with this efficient machine and then add such mixtures to your favorite foods and beverages.
I suggest you visit their website and check out all that you can do with the machine. Their website has a ton of recipes to help you, including Magical Gummies (my favorite), Magical Brownies, Heavenly Hazelnut Spread, and more! Or, you could come up with your own ideas (I think fresh rosemary would be delicious when infused into butter).
You can also make skin care items!! They have instructions on how to make Edible Healing Salve, Cocoa Butter Lotion, and Bug Bite Relief (to name a few). You really have to check out their recipe list for yourself. It’s impressive. They also have an extensive informative section regarding herbs and their properties!
MagicalButter Chocolate
The MagicalButter company also sells MB Chocolate in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate flavors. These various chocolates are Belgian chocolate made of high-quality and ethically-traded ingredients. They are free of peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, and eggs and are Celiac safe. These chocolates also have no hydrogenated oils. And, here’s the part I especially love: these chocolates do not require tempering!! They are the perfect chocolate for molding, dipping, candy making and for creating confection applications (or you can just eat them straight out of the bag). I’m a BIG fan of white chocolate, but I am often disappointed with the taste of white chocolate sold in many stores. However, MagicalButter’s white chocolate is absolutely delicious. I’m definitely going to use it to make some cranberry cookie bars of some sort! The various chocolates I sampled come in 1-pound bags and are available on their website for $12.95.
