Stress can be everywhere in our world, especially for those with anxiety.  Sleeping is not easy when your mind is running a million miles a minute.  There are a lot of people getting ready to go back to school, and that alone can be stressful.  Then add in technology.  Our phones are buzzing, our email needs to be checked, and the kids need bathed (or whatever else is happening at your house).  Our minds are overloaded more and more every day.  Put your mind and body to sleep with this awesome app called Pzizz.  It is a user-friendly app that plays a specific mix of soothing sounds and a voice to guide you to relaxation.  This isn’t just another meditation app.  It is clinically proven to help you sleep!

I have to tell you that I have tried a ton of relaxation/meditation apps since I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks.  As a matter of fact, at one time I would try anything!  When I first downloaded Pzizz I wasn’t expecting much from it, to be honest.  Like I said, I’ve tried so many apps with no help.  However, after using it for two nights in a row, I am blown away by my progress!

The app itself has so many features that you can change and tweak, it is almost like they made this specifically for you.  Do you want more voice or music?  You can change that.  Would you rather the app wake you or let you sleep after the sleep mode is done?  You can change so many different things in “settings” it is amazing.  Pzizz can be made to apply only to you and your individual tastes.  There are three different modes.  There’s the Nap, Focus, and Sleep.  You can decide how long you would like to do each one.  If you want a 20-minute nap, go right ahead.  Again, you can make it wake you or not.

I am so impressed with this app!  Not only because you can apply everything to your choices, but because it works so good.  Last night I used the “Sleep” mode and after listening for only 10 minutes, I don’t even remember falling asleep!  Oh, and the background sounds change each time you use it.  If you like a certain one, you can “like” it and use it more, or tell the app you don’t like it at all.  I happen to enjoy the crackling fire in the background myself.

This would make a great “back to school” gift for anyone needing help with sleeping.  For someone that didn’t think it was going to work, I am definitely recommending it to you!  I am just so impressed with how quickly and easily it worked for me.  I hope you get just as much enjoyment out of Pzizz as I have.
