Her book is full of animal items made from the art of crocheting. The detail in her projects is unique and amazing. These projects are so precious, I could see them being items that will be passed down to future generations. I still have crocheted blankets from when I was a baby, and I treasure them very much.
For each adorable creature featured in the book, Ms. Rott provides a few different items to create so you can coordinate items for an adorable theme in the room you’re decorating. For example, for “Jeffery the Elephant,” Ms. Rott shows you how to make a rug, pillow, and stool cover in the form of Jeffery, the elephant. How cute is that?
Other animals featured in the book include a giraffe, kitty cat, panda, monkey, crab, and dinosaur. Ms. Rott shows how to make toy bags, security blankets, and more. The author also goes over helpful information such as crochet terminology, crochet techniques, sewing stitches, and general techniques.
