Old Glory

Are you tired of making the same vodka and tonic drinks when friends come to visit? Play bartender with a bit more skill and flourish by whipping up an Old Glory. For this drink, simply mix together 2 oz of Absolut Vodka with 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and about 1 oz of Pinot Noir. Muddle the blueberries in a glass, add in some ice and pour the mixed drink on top. This is a tasty and unique way to bring vodka to life at your next gathering.

Sex on the Beach

Some drinks scream summertime. When the heat of the season has gotten to be too much to handle, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing Sex on the Beach recipe to keep your cool. For this classic summer favorite, mix ¾ part Absolut Vodka with 3 ⅓ parts orange juice and cranberry juice. Add ¾ peach Schnapps and some ice, mix vigorously and serve with a garnish of lime and cherry. This drink captures the energy of a night on the beach without the discomfort of finding sand in your clothing for days after.

Raspberry Cosmo

It is likely you have tried a Cosmopolitan or two in your life. While there’s nothing wrong with the classic take on this cocktail, you may want to try something a bit different when making drinks for your friends. A raspberry Cosmo can be made by mixing 2 oz of Absolut Vodka with 1 oz lemon juice and 0.5 oz of honey. Muddle raspberries in a glass with ice and add the shaken drink. Top with a bit of Prosecco and watch your friends light up as they try a new twist on an old fave.

The Cucumber Chelsea

Some drinks are so refreshing that you may forget there’s alcohol in them. The Chelsea was a drink invented in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan and is perfect for revitalizing the senses in an invigorating way. Mix together 1.7 oz of vodka with 1 oz of St. Germain liqueur. Muddle a few slices of cucumber and green grapes together in a glass, then pour over the vodka mixture with ice. Serve with a few slices of fresh lemon and before you know it you’ll experience a cool, refreshing taste.
