1. Keep protein in the morning meal
You must consume a high-protein breakfast as it will greatly help you to burn calories and keep you full for longer hours.
A study on two-woman groups found that protein helps to lose weight.
On their weight loss journey for ten weeks, both groups were provided with the same calories but different levels of protein.
The group that consumed high-level protein lost one kg extra weight.
Some protein-rich foods that you must include in your diet are black bean omelets, pumpkin spice smoothies, salmon sandwiches, oatmeal, etc.
2. Make exercise a habit
Exercise plays a big role in reducing weight. A brisk walk or a run for 30 minutes can help you burn calories significantly.
Adding Yoga to the exercise list will also benefit you as it will activate the metabolism level by pushing your digestive tract to ingest protein, carbs, and fat faster than the usual rate.
Further, if you’re ready to do the work and accelerate your weight loss process, you must also include swimming, cycling, hiking, and running.
These outside cardio exercises will keep your heart healthy. In case you are not comfortable with outdoor physical activities you can do indoor cardio exercises like jumping jack, squat jump, pushups, etc.

From the name you have already guessed this is not like any normal diet. There are three ways that can help create a super fast diet. You can choose any one of them to start your journey.
a. Break eating: In this method, you have to maintain one or two days of fasting every week.
b. Calorie maintenance: You have to consume 500 to 600 calories for two days per week. On other days, you can maintain your daily diet.
C. Eight-hour feeding: For this method, you have to avoid breakfast every day and continue with an eight-hour feeding chart from noon to 8 PM.
This dietary plan will help you to lose belly fat by boosting hormonal functions. It also reduces blood sugar levels and the chance of type-2 diabetes.
4. Say no to sugar and refined carbs
Added sugar and refined carbs have zero nutritional value. It only leads to problems like fatty liver, obesity, etc. These types of foods digest quickly and are then transformed into glucose.
As soon as glucose comes in contact with blood it boosts insulin secretion and increases fat storage in the adipose tissue. This entire process results in weight gain.

So, you need to ensure that your stress levels are always under control. Spend some time doing your hobbies and practicing meditation.
Take 20 minutes of break in each working hour and do a breathing exercise to relax your body. Further, you can also indulge in your favorite hobbies and find your happiness.
