October is one of the many favorited months of the entire year. This is the time of year where we all have fun on that spooky level. Ghouls, ghosts, and creepy crawlers are expressed everywhere through decoration. It all leads up to the most anticipated night of October, and that’s Halloween. Kids and parents love to celebrate this holiday in many ways. Although, we aren’t the only ones who show our Halloween spirit.
Many of us look for different things to enjoy as the countdown to Halloween continues. Many people show movies, play games, and of course, decorate. These are all popular means of activities when it comes to the Halloween season. I know of a unique way for you to spice up the Halloween spirit this year! So go ahead and check out all the information I have for you below.
More Than A Halloween Celebration
This “Odd-tober,” PBS KIDS invites families to celebrate Halloween all month long, with spooky new episodes of their favorite shows, new games and a wide array of activities. New this year, beginning Friday, October 13; families will be able to watch Halloween episodes and specials every weekend through the end of the month during PBS KIDS Family Night on the PBS KIDS 24/7 channel and live stream!

With the event starting October 13th, you have so much to look forward too! Although, on October 23, PBS has a special selection for the kids. They will be premiering Arthur And The Haunted Tree House on all PBS platforms. In this incredible event, Arthur and his friends encounter a variety of tricks and treats during one of the spookiest Halloweens ever! To add to that, they will also be premiering new Halloween-themed episodes of Odd Squad, Splash and Bubbles, and Cyberchase.
The fun doesn’t end there, though, because they are also bringing new content to digital platforms too! PBS KIDS will offer a variety of Halloween-themed games on the free PBS KIDS Games App and pbskids.org. New selections including brand-new games from Arthur and Cyberchase.
There will be so much to look forward to this year from PBS Kids. They want to make sure you have something new to come home too. Check out all the information I have for you above.
