Being able to dip in the pool after a long, stressful day helps me feel more relaxed and ready to begin my evening routine. This pool supply is pretty awesome as it’s much like laundry detergent pods where you have no mess and easily pre-measured pods to treat your swimming pool. HTH has a 4 step process that allows you to balance, sanitize, shock, and prevent algae. Using HTH’s pod system you can get into your pool sooner and not worry about measuring out too many chemicals to treat and shock your pool for safe swimming water.

Tips for Using HTH Pods

Always read and follow the instructions on the package.
It’s recommended that you use safety glasses and rubber gloves when handling the HTH pods.
When putting the HTH Pods in a skimmer always make sure to only place one pod at a time. Wait for each pod to dissolve before adding another.

Stabilizer HTH Pods can only be added in the skimmer, do not add them directly into your pool.
If placing more than one pod in your swimming pool at a time, be sure to spread them around in the swimming pool so they’re not all clumped together in the same area.

When using HTH pod balancers you can swim in the pool as soon as the pods dissolve.
After adding shock, algae guard HTH pods it’s important that you wait until the level is between 1-4ppm before dipping into your swimming pool.

HTH Multi-Purpose 6-Way Test Strips

With these 6-way test strips, you get a package of 30 test strips. Simply take a test strip and dip it into your pool away from the jets or return lines about 18” into the pool water. This test kit will check your swimming pool for free available chlorine, bromine, pH, total alkalinity, total hardness, and cyanuric acid (CYA) levels. You can read the results based on following the color chart on the back of the canister. It’s best to use these test strips two more times per week to ensure your swimming pool water is properly maintained and safe.
