Do You Know What To Do With A Dead Body?

Do you have a dark sense of humor? I know I do (and sometimes it gets me into trouble because people don’t quite always appreciate it). But, it truly can be so funny, especially when others around you have the same humor and you can all laugh together! I haven’t seen too many books out there that have that sense of humor (Shel Silverstein is one I would consider). However, there is a fairly new book out that is dark humor and funny! It’s called “101 Things To Do With A Dead Body” by Jason Blake. Even the title made me giggle!

What Can I Do With A Dead Body?

As the title says, the book provides the reader with 101 things you can do with a dead body. All are funny, some quite productive, others are just silly. One of my favorites is #55: “Casket model.” The accompanying illustration shows a salesman showing a customer a dead body in a casket. And, the salesman says, “Imagine how you’d look in model #A-723!” I also like #13, which suggests using a dead body as an extra body in your car so you can go in the carpool lane.

The tips for what to do with a dead body come with cartoon illustrations, making the book even more humorous!

You can use a dead body to help you with dating, work, driving, and your social life. A deceased body can even help your mental health (believe it or not). The possibilities are endless, as Jason Blake demonstrates with his creative and dark-humored mind.

This book is a quick read! It would make a hilarious adult birthday gift. It would also be a perfect anytime gift for someone that could use some laughs in their life (as long as they’re not offended by this type of morbid humor).

The author, Jason Blake, also wrote: “10 Things I Learned Living On An Island,” which is his first book. He created “101 Things To Do With A Dead Body” together with Emily Caesar, an animator and cartoonist.

“101 Things To Do With A Dead Body” is available on Amazon. The Kindle version is currently $2.99. It also comes in paperback for $13.99. Prices are subject to change.

And, on a serious note, everything in this post recommending what to do with a dead body is made in jest. That’s for those offended by the morbid humor.
