Desert Harvest Aloe Vera Gelé Is A Great Thing To Add To Your Medicine Cabinet

Being outside in the sun can be so nice, especially just sitting there and soaking in the sun!  But, too much sun can cause sunburn if you don’t take proper precautions. I have had a few sunburns that were super painful and not fun. I’ve never really known what to put on a sunburn. I’ve just always put a bunch of lotion on it, and this helps some, but not a lot. Well, I recently had the opportunity to try Desert Harvest Aloe Vera Gelé and I think this is what I’ll keep on hand for future sunburns. (Although, I’ll do everything possible to avoid sunburn in the first place.)

Desert Harvest’s Aloe Vera Gelé is a concentrated form of aloe vera (80% pure aloe vera concentrate). In fact, according to the website, “Desert Harvest Gelé contains the most therapeutic levels of aloe vera possible in a 100% natural topical application and contains no parabens.”

The website also states their Aloe Vera Gelé can be used on sunburns, windburns, minor kitchen burns, skin rashes, chapped hands, and insect bites (I wonder if it can help mosquito bites feel better).

The Aloe Vera Gelé I received came in a 4 oz. bottle with a very nice dispensing top (you’ll see what I mean if you decide to purchase it). This is available on their website for $9.00 (price subject to change).

My Experience With This Gelé

So, I decided to try this Aloe Vera Gelé on my hands, which have eczema and are very dry (I forget to consistently put on lotion on my hands throughout the day). Please excuse the poor condition of my hand. But, I wanted to show you how my hand changed overnight after using this Aloe Vera Gelé. In the top picture, you’ll notice there are 3 spots that are slightly reddened or with skin breakdown. In the second picture they are improved. I know the improvement is not major, but it is something. I’m not claiming it’s the Aloe Vera Gelé because it’s difficult to say what exactly made my hand better. I did apply the Aloe Vera Gelé about 4 or 5 times after the first picture and before the second picture. I also did apply a hand lotion a few times (which I do every day). So I’ll let you make your own conclusion.

The Desert Harvest Company Is Here To Help

I highly suggest you check out Desert Harvest’s website. They provide a ton of very interesting and useful information about their products and about aloe vera. I found their “Disease Portal” and their “Physician’s Portal” very interesting! Both of those sections have a “Frequently Asked Questions” section, which is very helpful and may answer some questions you may have about their products and aloe vera.

Desert Harvest is a family-owned and family-operated business. They have a wonderful guarantee on their products. They also have a great customer service section. I, myself, will continue to use this product for my hands!
