If you have a membership, now is the time to make full use of it. Costco senior hours range between 9 am to 10 am. Anyone that’s 60 years or older can safely do their shopping.

Walmart

Every Tuesday, seniors who are over the age of 60 can come in when the store opens. They can shop for one hour without worrying about contamination.

During this time, the vision center and pharmacy will be open as well. So, you’ll have access to all your necessary healthcare needs.

Dollar General

Like Walmart, the first hour Dollar General is open is seniors only. The problem is figuring out when these hours are.

Each store opens at a different time depending on the location.

Even though we can’t give you a precise time, the store can. Make sure to call in advance to ask about the exclusive shopping times, so you don’t miss out.

Publix

Starting at 7 in the morning, Publix will open its doors for seniors who are 65 or older.

Guests can shop without worrying about putting themselves at risk for one hour.

This time slot only applies on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. If you need to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy will be available to you as well.

If you don’t make Walmart on Tuesday, you can always zip over to Target on Wednesday. The first hour they’re open is reserved for seniors only.

Walgreens

From 8 am to 9 am on Tuesday, you can get your medications from Walgreens without worrying about leaving yourself vulnerable to the virus.

On top of having exclusive senior hours during this time, they also have discounts that you can take advantage of.

If you receive any assistance from family members or caregivers, they’ll be allowed to come into the store with you.
