Bacon Cheddar Dip is the creamiest dip around. All the savory ingredients make this a must for your next get together!
We often hold “family movie nights” in our home. I love snuggling up with my husband and children, watching great films while snacking on a few delicious treats. I’m sure many of you can relate to this, but the lengthiest part of this family activity is coming to an agreement on which movie to watch.
One thing that we do agree on, however, are the snacks that we munch on. I’m lucky to have children who are not very picky eaters, so diving into new flavors and ingredients becomes more of an adventurous discovery rather than a forceful taste test.
Recently, I whipped up a Bacon Cheddar Dip and let me tell you, it was an extreme hit in my household. We all love a good nacho dish, but I felt like we needed to change things up a bit. I tried thinking of our favorite ingredients and what which of those would translate well into a dip. Naturally, I approached bacon and cheddar… and what a treat it was.
I love how the sour cream gives this dip such a smooth consistency. Overall, the dip complemented our go-to nachos (since they’re always so crispy and crunchy) and it was surely a winner for all of our family members. We will be repeating this dish sooner than we expect.
