“Arrow” – The Sixth Season Is Here!

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the Blu-ray, “Arrow: The Complete Sixth Season,” which I reviewed in this blog post. The opinions I share are my own.

Are you a fan of “Arrow,” CW’s longest-running DC series? If you are, I have some great news for you! The sixth season is out on DVD and Blu-ray! If you haven’t watched any of “Arrow,” you may want to give it a try. It’s a popular, action-packed show full of suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat. People in my household are big fans of it and were super excited to see the sixth season be released.

The New Season Is Full Of Action And More

What’s “Arrow” about? Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) serves to protect and lead as the Green Arrow and mayor of Star City. He is a handsome and charismatic character who is also facing a new role as a father. For a successful man, such as the Green Arrow, even being a father can be quite challenging at times. And that is just part of his busy schedule, which also includes dealing with the enemies, including Black Siren (Katie Cassidy), Vigilante (Johann Urb), Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) and others. It’s fast-paced action and drama, interspersed with sarcastic humor, which I enjoyed.

I received the Blu-ray set, which contains 26 episodes plus special features, which include 4 DC Crossover episodes (with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the Flash, and Supergirl) and the following 4 featurettes:

  • “The Split of a Man: Deathstroke,”
  • “Inside the Crossover: Crisis on Earth-X,”
  • “The Best of DC TV’s Comic-Con Panels San Diego 2017,” and
  • “Revenge in Ones and Zeros: The Story of Cayden James.”

The Blu-ray set I received also includes a digital copy, so I can watch the episodes anywhere. This would be perfect to have on my laptop for those road trips we may make at the end of the summer!

The Blu-ray set is available on Amazon for $40.70 and the DVD is $29.96 (prices subject to change). So, grab your copy soon. The next season, from what I’ve heard, premiers soon!
