All you need is:

• Fudge Stripe cookies
• Hershey’s Kisses
• Orange frosting
• Yellow and orange sprinkles

WITCHES’ HAT COOKIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by unwrapping a Hershey Kiss for each witch’s hat you plan to create.

Using a butter knife, add a little bit of frosting to the bottom of each Hershey Kiss.

Turn a cookie upside down and place a Hershey Kiss onto the middle of it, pushing down lightly so the frosting spreads just to the outside of the candy.

Gently, add sprinkles to the frosting, around the candy.
