Gluten Free Goodies Never Tasted So Good
I recently had the chance to try out some of Allie’s GF Goodies. Holy yummy! If I didn’t know they were gluten-free, I would have never guessed it! Years ago when our son was first diagnosed as Autistic, we switched him to a GF diet to see if it would help. Back then, gluten-free never tasted this good! So whether you have to eat gluten-free, or choose to, you have to eat Allie’s!
If you crave it, they can bake it, and it’s allergy free!
Allie’s GF Goodies makes bagels, Challah, brownies, blondies, cookies and more. Allie’s is the only person to actually bake gluten-free, pumpernickel bagels! Aside from tasting so good, the best part is that they are safe for everyone with allergies. Their products are not only gluten-free, but also nut free, coconut free, sesame and legume free, dairy free, and even Kosher!
But why?
Allie didn’t set out to be a professional baker. It was only when she realized that her food issues had passed onto her children that she realized she needed to start baking. Having gluten and dairy allergies in the family meant that they needed new options for their baked goods. And so her Long Island bakery was born.
All of her goodies are always baked in small batches. She even makes allergy friendly wedding cakes, because food allergies shouldn’t stand in the way of having your dream cake. I mean seriously, how cool is that?
What do we think?
Before I even got a chance to try out my yummy treats from Allie’s, my eldest son had dug in. With a mouthful of brownie he exclaimed, “these are really good ma! Can I eat the rest?” He was disappointed to know that he had to save me a few. He’s probably lucky he tried them first because if I had gotten to them before him, he wouldn’t have gotten any! The holidays are coming, so let Allie bake for you!
