I love SPRINGTIME because it means fresh and new (well to me) and it’s time to start a new beginning. The first thing to do is spring clean then it is time to decorate. My main three components to decorate for Spring is Flowers, Color, and Art. Not hard at all, right? Well, below I have some suggestions to help you get ready to decorate for Spring.
1. Fill the house with Flowers
Tulips scream Springtime! They come in so many colors you can mix and match or all the same color. Tulips are my favorite flowers to showcase this time of the year! I love putting flowers in every room during the springtime. Flowers bring color and freshness to a home. I wish I had a flower shop near my house because I would be there weekly. Every week pick a different color to showcase.
2. Select a Theme Color
Every year I pick a color to decorate in and this Springtime and I pick Orange. It is such a vibrant color and beautiful to showcase around the house. I will buy pillow cases or new pillows that enhance my color theme. Candles and dishes in your theme color help create the mood. Also, change out your kitchen and bathroom towels.
3. Use ARTWORK to liven up the spot!
