The product code is in a circle on a paper that comes in the box. It’s a blue circle and 3 letters I believe. The app is really bad at translating pictures, even if you do high contrast, it just looks unrecognizable. I was reading this post, and others on this toy for insight into pictures that would translate well.

I purchased the beginner dab desk for my daughter but it did not come with a product code for the app, so we are unable to proceed with creating our own pictures to print. Do you still know the product code?
