My kids hear this all the time…getting old sucks! There are so many different things I’m getting used while going through menopause. Menopause has many advantages, BUT there is one disadvantage that I’m not liking one bit!

BLADDER LEAKAGE

Bladder leakage (urinary incontinence) is now something I deal with on a daily basis. I thought I was done with pads, but I need to wear them now with limited bladder control. It is quite embarrassing too! I’m not a happy camper about this, and I need something to change.

Millions of women experience bladder issues for different reasons such as pregnancy, giving birth or menopause. We do a number on our bladder over the years so this is somewhat expected, but I don’t like it.

When you have a bladder leakage problem, you have to watch when you laugh, cough and exercise. The worst is when you have that sudden urge and – BAM – you have peed your pants. Yes, that happens to me on almost a weekly basis now. I’ll be home, sitting on the couch and working, and the URGE comes so I get up, but no luck making it to the bathroom even though it’s only a few feet away. So embarrassing – a grown woman peeing her pants!

I don’t carry a baby diaper bag anymore, but I do carry a bag with extra clothes and pads just in case of an emergency. I feel like I’ve gone backward and something needs to change, because I don’t want to wear pads for the rest of my life.

Here are few types of urinary incontinence associated with menopause.

This is probably the most common kind of bladder control problem in older women. The muscles are weakened due to pregnancy, childbirth or menopause. This type of bladder leakage can happen when you a cough, laugh or make a sudden movement.

This happens when you feel a constant urge to urinate, even when your bladder is empty. You may also experience leaking of urine or loss of control – an overactive bladder.

This occurs when there is a combination of both stress urinary incontinence and urge urinary incontinence (overactive bladder). I have this, and I’m sure it’s just because of birthing three kids and going through menopause.

I get it. I’m older and my hormones are changing with menopause, but I know there are ways to help with bladder leakage. I’m tired of wearing pads. I know I’m not the only woman who goes through this, so I say let’s take back our bladders!

Here are few tips I have come across:

  1. Cut back on coffee, tea, soda pop and even alcohol.
  2. Go to the restroom more, and don’t go to bed with a full bladder.
  3. Work on losing a bit more weight to reduce the pressure.
  4. Start doing Kegel exercises.

Or we can CURE IT!

That got your attention, huh? Well, it got my attention. The new InControl Medical device called the ApexM has been clinically proven to work. A recent study showed 90% success rate of women experienced improvement.

There is no magic – JUST science involved.

How does the ApexM work

  • 10 minutes six days times a week for 12 weeks
  • It fits into the vagina, and you have the ability to inflate the device to the perfect size.
  • It stimulates the pelvic floor muscles automatically, and provides active resistance for pelvic floor muscles to contract against, resulting in a full muscle contraction.
  • You figure out the amount of stimulation you want.
  • Once you feel that muscles contract, then continue for 10 minutes.
  • This will help build those muscles back up and stop the bladder leakage for good.
  • Once you get the desired results, then you can continue with once or twice per week sessions to maintain gains.

The new InControl Medical device called the ApexM has been clinically proven to work.

There are no pills, no surgeries and no doctor visits or prescription. You can order the ApexM on the website; it is not offered in stores. This is amazing news for women like me who experience urinary inconsistency. ApexM is a painless treatment that builds muscle in the pelvic wall.

Also, if this doesn’t work for you, they offer a money-back guarantee and 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. You don’t have to live with incontinence; ApexM CURES it. REGAIN the freedom you’ve lost.

Are you ready to take control over your BLADDER?

I have not found any actual REVIEWS from women who have used it. I have both stress and urge, but the urge incontinence is by far the most troubling.

This is good news for people who suffer from incontinence. Strengthening the pelvic muscles offer a better solution than wearing pads.
