Although this may seem hard at first, there are many things that you can do such as working on mindfulness or playing sports to help you improve.

If you are struggling with ADHD, it can be difficult to live with. You may have trouble in school or maintaining relationships because of the difficulties that come along with this disorder.

However, there is hope and many things that you can do to help yourself get through a day living with ADHD.
