There’s nothing better than using a slow cooker to do the hard work for us. I enjoy using my slow cooker for a variety of recipes. Today I’m featuring my slow cooker queso. This easy to make recipe idea works well for chips or taco dip. My family really enjoys this dip as a special slightly spicy treat to put atop our nachos. You can use this slow cooker queso for any event as an appetizer or snack during movie night with your family. The pepper jack cheese and green chilies give this dip a little spicy kick that makes you feel like you’re eating at a Mexican restaurant.

As you can see this slow cooker queso is pretty easy to make and will leave your taste buds happy. Feel free to add some salsa in the mix to give this an added chunky texture. This mixture is much like a cheese sauce but slightly thicker and with a spicy kick. If you make this slow cooker queso at home, please let me know what you thought it.
